The SCCP Summit 2026 is a one‑day event bringing together practitioners from across New Zealand’s construction sector to strengthen contract administration practice and improve project outcomes.
 

This inaugural Summit focuses on practical insight, real experience, and constructive conversation.

Session 1: Contract Administration as a team sport

Explores contract administration as a team effort across the Four Cs, using NZS 3910:2023 to clarify roles and unpack the difference between independence and impartiality so the project engine room can operate confidently and cohesively.
